After upgrading to Firefox 4 I can no longer open my Tiscali Email inbox, it just says I have 'Undefined new mails' in my inbox.

After upgrading to Firefox 4 I can no longer open my Tiscali Email inbox, it just says I have 'Undefined new mails' in my inbox. I can open the mailbox using Internet Explorer but it will not work with Firefox 4 which is my default browser. I have contacted Tiscali who say the problem is with Firefox.......they weren't really very helpful ;(
