Tools, options requiring password - do not know what it is looking for!

I click on Tools, then options. I get a panel titled Fox Public Authentication and it ask for a password. I do not know what it is looking for. I cancel and a screen pops up for about a second. Cannot figure out how to get pass this point.

You have password protected the Options dialog by using the public fox extension. You can erase the public fox password, for details see the developer comments at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/3911/
