Not able to open any webpages or have internet access.The the web search I do just goes in circles.

I am now no not able to open any websites when I search or or send any emails. It seems my Internet connection. Firefox has an issue as I am able to access the regular & normal information and web search on Chrome. I tried to get to the settings sections of Firefox, but I can't get access now. How am I to revise or update the Firefox settings or system so I can get Internet access?
