I am asking for help in the following matter.

One of the e-mail addresses has had a problem with downloading e-mail on the computer since December 14, 2023 (there is no problem on the mobile phone). Additionally, sent messages are not saved in the "Sent" folder and a message appears, such as the one in the photo attached.
