Passwords on PC not syncing with Android

Just as the title says I have had no luck getting my passwords/logins on my desktop to sync with my android. I have tried relogging, reinstalling, and manually forcing the sync. But none of these methods seem to work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
