Hello,

I have grouped several tabs, I believe there were 3 groups in total. When I close Firefox and open it again at a later time, the grouped tabs are gone, but I was able to retrieve the groups by right clicking and selecting the hidden group.

Ever since the new update, the groups dissolve when I close Firefox and I can not open them again. The Edge Browser has it implemented such that groups stay, so when you close and open the browser, they stay greyed out on the side bar.

So, is this just a problem with my device, the new update or Firefox in general?

It would be really nice if this problem could be solved, such that I can keep groups even after closing the browser. And I can delete groups only when I want to.

Somehow NordVPN caused my Firefox bookmarks on my macbook to be deleted (Nord has caused more problems than I've had in years). Many of the bookmarks are still on FF on my ipad. I've setup sync on both devices (at least I think so), but when I hit the sync button on my mac, the ipad's bookmarks don't appear on my macbook. On my ipad mozilla account 'everything I'm using and signed into' shows the macbook was active 7 minutes ago, and the 'sign out' box is available, so I must be signed in. Firefox on my iphone is the same. Any suggestions. It's getting to the point where it would be easier to setup new bookmarks.

Hi there! My payment methods are stored on Firefox and do come up once a box for credit card number appears on any site. However, I have only the option to add a new card but not to view or edit? Why? Please see attached screenshots. Please help - thank you.

How do I resolve scrolling issues (unable to scroll) on many websites. AI recommendations of clearing browsing history and cache have not been effective. Scrolling is possible using Google Chrome.

On Ununtu 24.04 I did an update and youtube doesn't work on FIrefox 152.0.4. I did an update from the Software updater and videos don't play on youtube any more. I go to youtube, click on a suggested video and it goes to that page and everything shows up except the video window. I have the title and the comments and the row of suggested videos on the right, but no video player and no video. Someone suggested I push the F12 key and look under console and there is an error there, a sourcemap error and that it isn't a valid URL . I don't know what that means. I asked on the AskUbuntu site but they get really far down in the weeds and I have no idea what they are asking or saying. I thought I'd see if you guys might know. thanks

I have tried eight times to sign in to my Firefox account an set up thunderbird on my new tablet but every time it refuses to let me sign in and says incorrect password - its the same password I have used for years on all my other devices - you have sent 6 email codes telling me to input in order to sign in and none of them work - I just keep getting 'incorrect password flash up' .Before I go completely mad , can you please just check the system and let me sign in as normal?

I just installed the latest version of Firefox. Now the reload button has gone from the toolbar.

When I click on customize toolbar it is not there either so I can't add it back.

Can someone please tell me how to get his back?

I've tried resetting and that didn't make a difference.

I had to erase my laptop and am in the process of resetting it up. I used firefox prior and am trying to see if it is possible to restore all my previous bookmarks etc. I was told it automatically backed them up.

Almost every time there is an update------it screws up something I rely on. In this case, the sites I have saved under the top search bar have now disappeared. Why?????? And how do I get them back.

I readily admit that I am technically challenged and need clear concise instructions step by step to find them and put them back where I had them. 

Why oh why do the buggers making these changes think anyone is going to like them. Leave things that work well ALONE.

One HUGELY annoying issue with Firefox is it's incessant desire to auto-update in the middle of my work! I have disabled this "feature", opting to be notified when there are new updates so I can choose when it will be less inconvenient. However, Firefox has opted to ignore that setting and still auto-updates, often when I'm in the middle of a project. This has to be fixed. What can I do to insure that Firefox obeys this setting?

Firefox version 152.0 : Firefox is continuously refreshing the page on a particular Website, in both Windows11 and Linux versions, making the site unusable ( unable to click anything ). The website loaded ok previously using Firefox and still loads ok using Chrome. Disabling extensions doesn't help, neither does deleting the cache and cookies. What changed and why? Is there anything else to try?

After updating Firefox to a newer version, some websites that previously worked on the older version started displaying **"Page Not Secure"** and **"Page Expired"** errors, preventing them from loading correctly.

Last night Firefox on my laptop performed an automatic Firefox update.. The Firefox that was installed can only display a single tab. This is a major for me, since I normally work with multiple tabs. This problem may impact a large number of Firefox users. The documented recommended fix for this problem did not fix the problem.
