Crash problem
Hello, I keep trying to open my browser and all I get are the Mozilla Crash Reporter. I can't get online to download or update a new version or browser so my work computer is now useless. Please advise as soon as possible. Danielle Mercado xxx-xxx-xxxx

Please report your crashes, this will make a lot easier to troubleshoot your problems. To do so:
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.
