Firefox is not working and is not responsive when initiated it immediately crashes. What I want to do is uninstall it then reinstall it. This is not working.
From control panel selected uninstall, the "hour-glass" momentarily appears and nothing happens. I found mention to use helper.exe under Firefox directory found helper and tried to execute it.. nothing!
Documentation indicated that ....Mozilla\uninstall\helper.exe could be used to facilitate uninstalling Firefox. Could not get it to execute.

Can you please start a new thread for your question?
Then you can also provide troubleshooting information like your operating system and installed extensions and installed plugins.
Please also post the IDs of some recent crash reports.
for the first 10 or so crashes I I submitted a description of the problem and conditions as I knew them. I have deleted all of firefox multiple times and cant get the IDs.
Corel, I was merely making a comment and not insinuating that I wanted someone to attend to my problem. Sorry for the confusion.
