I get the message "Sorry! Looks like we don't have a video format that your browser knows how to play". Youtube works fine and I've tried starting Firefox in safe mode (Restart with addons disabled), all to no avail.

Hi,

You may have to install the Flash Player plugin. After downloading the Flash installer, exit Firefox before starting the installation. Please note that you may have to explicitly deselect any extras offered with the Flash Player.
