I want to sync with Iphone and another computer. I have followed the instructions many times. From your description, they are several issues. You already have an account but you can not sync other devices.

If your computer is already synced and you are looking to add new devices, follow the instructions from this article: Use Sync to share your Firefox bookmarks, passwords and more with Firefox for mobile

Try it on Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to make sure that there's no add-on messing up with the process.
