I want to download a game from a website I have used before with no problems and now it wont let me, due to "the rollback feature"? I haven't changed any of my settings except the firefox update to the new version. Any help would be great.

Can anyone tell me how to contact Mozilla tech support? This way of getting help is ridiculous. I want to talk to a person who can answer my question, maybe I should go back to IE, at least they had ways to help us fix problems...

First you have to download the initial application. After it downloads then find it in your download folder. Then Right click the downloaded application, then click trouble shoot compatibility then after the scan click try recommended settings, then click start the program, then Next on bottom right of screen, then Yes (save these settings) then a security shield will flash in your task bar it will say Oberon would like to change settings on computer, then you say Yes or Allow and then it will download. Lot of trouble but I got it to work.
