It seems an update from Firefox resulted in: cwindoid_2010.html from o.aolcdu.com when I try to open aol. Aol opens after I close the error message and results from google help gives instructions not able to perform. I would like to report to Firefox for them to repair

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== Every time AOL opened, not Firebox. Started 6/02/10

Firefox does not interact with AOL in any way. This is a problem with AOL. As far as I know AOL still uses embedded IE for browsing.

A Google search indicates you need to remove the search box that pops up when you sign onto AOL. This problem will likely go away soon if it hasn't already.

If downgrading Firefox does fix a problem with AOL, please indicate which version is affected and which version is not affected.

Try 3.5.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

We are experiencing the same problem and is rather annoying. Any known resolutions to the error message?

HI Teresa. Could you please clarify where you are seeing this error message?

Are you seeing this error message in Mozilla Firefox, or AOL?

If you are seeing this problem in AOL, why do you think this has to do with Mozilla Firefox?

Does uninstalling Firefox resolve the problem?
