I think it's being blocked from inside Firefox. Firefox does not run add-ons on some Mozilla sites. The reason is that Firefox allows those sites to have special access to Firefox, and add-ons could abuse it. Obviously we all trust Bitwarden, but users install all kinds of add-ons, so they are all treated the same.
