How to modify our search text in address bar?
When doing a search in the address bar (on firefox android), and then going back to the search result, one cannot modify easily the entered text.
Example: - In address bar (independent of the engine search) enter these keywords: "firefox search bar" - In the result list, click on any link. - Then go back to modify your search, you get:
https://www.ecosia.org/search?method=index&q=firefox%20search%20bar&p=1
Whish is a painful to change or just add an extra keyword!

You should see your search term in the search field at the top of the webpage when you go back to it to be able to easily edit and resubmit that search term.

You should not need to edit the search term in the URL. Does the search term not show in the sites search field?
Hello, I'm using (I believe as everyone) the address bar to do searching. It's made for. You can even configure Firefox (left top menu) to have a list of preferred search engines. See the two screenshots; the initial search "edit address bar", and then going back after having click on a result link, to edit it. Hope I'm clear. Regards,
