Bulk and Junk were renamed to Spam. You can unsubscribe to Bulk and the Spam folder which isn't receiving anything:
- on the main mail screen in the L. column, R. click the account (just above the Inbox) > Subscribe
I can't find a way to delete a spam folder. Thanks for your help, it's appreciated John
