I cant sign in to my thunderbird comcast mail address even though i can sign into my Thunder gmail mail address. I have changed password and get a message that says "Configeration found in Mozzilla database". Then i get a message "You don't have permission to access http://login.xfinity.com/login" and the screen locks up and i have to use the escape key to regain control. Is the problem with Thunderbird or Comcast?
