I'm running a POP3 account. When I try to search for emails in my search bar, it won't show all of them for a given searched name, text, or address. Most times it manages to pull up emails in my inbox but won't show many of the emails that are in my sent folder. But when I manually scroll back thru my emails., the email I was searching for is there. I've tried to repair the folders but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

It appears you're using Global Search, and if so, rebuild the database and see if it improves the results:
