When I click on a link that is a pdf file in firefox, it won't open. A Adobe begins to open but then I get an error message. It says it cannot be downloaded, try saving to local storage and retry. However, I am clicking on the pages option to save the pdf already. I haven't located anything in the menu or settings to fix this issue.

I recomend downloading it to your device and opening it with a dedicated .pdf viewer application.

Is the file being saved to the downloads folder on your Android device?

Have you tried this with the new Firefox Preview browser?

No, I've just used another browser. How would I do that?

I had a very disturbing and sketchy call from "firefox tech support". The call came from 800-277-6568. I believe this is either a scam or a real weirdo is on the payroll! Beware of Rahul aka Steve!

I can assure you we do not provide telehone technical support for Mozilla products.

Thank you. So wished I had that prior knowledge. Just going to disable this now. Been busy changing all of my accounts. Fun afternoon.
