Hi, sorry to hear that. please submit the bp- files as pictured and instructed so they turn up as URL's on this end. Only need last 5. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-asking-support

This has been going on for far too long.....what's going on? It's very inconvenient to lose one's bookmarks and all saved passwords.
