My FF browser window no longer has Icons in UPPER RIGHT CORNER to reduce or collapse my browser window.

My browser window no longer has Icons in UPPER RIGHT CORNER to reduce or collapse my browser window. All It does have an "X" to actually close the window. I reloaded and installed newest version without add-ons and still have same result. Q: Where are the icons ,/figures to reduce in size or collapse the browser window? Thank you.
