how can i set up 5 email addresses each with it's own junk folder?

Would be grateful for advice on setting up multiple email addresses with each having it's own deleted and junk folders. I am using POP3 settings for all my addresses but each time I add one it appears part way down the main account listing on the left and that junk box moves down to look as if it belongs to the new added account? Thanks in advance. John
