I backed up my TB before upgrading to W10 - W10 is a disaster & I reverted to W8.1 and had to reinstall TB but I can't find how to install my TB back up file

My TB BackUp file is a PVC file and I can't find how to install it in my new TB installation.

By the way - I had major problems with W10 - In the process of trying to find a remedy I was told by MS technicians that there are still a lot of problems with it - my best advise if you're considering the free upgrade -WAIT - until MS have sorted it - I was 12 days trying to get it fixed by MS without success. Finally had to use my own Tech to remove W10 & reinstallW8 - took him 4 hours.

Now I just need to get my old emails and contact list back onto TB. Can anybody help please?

That sounds like a file generated by MozBackup. Install MozBackup and restore the profile. There is also a support site for Mozbackup. http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/support.php
