When I could still connect to IMDb with Firefox I had other problems: Many of the links within IMDb did not work. In Google Chrome everything works like it should, though.

Updated Firefox browser on PC today and can no longer access my emails at https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/

Since accidentally deleting my current firefox profile, I have been experiencing a multitude of problems: Firstly, if it's possible to recover my profile file, that would fix all my problems. I currently have disk drill installed on my computer, so if there's any way to recover it please let me know. If that isn't possible, there are a few issues: 1: the top 3 buttons being shifted to the right (image 1 is what it looks like now, image 2 is what it used to be) 2: the color of the toolbar affected how other websites look(image 3) 3: all extensions being removed, though this was probably due to the deletion of the profiles

Hi I keep getting this error on Firefox. I did disable all my extensions prior to this image shown to see if it was an extension causing an issue to no avail. I also looked for an update for Firefox and saw it was up to date. I also attempted to refresh Firefox which was a successful refresh however the error persisted. After refreshing I fully uninstalled Firefox and then reinstalled however the issue persists.

This error is shown however if I refresh the page sometimes the page freezes as if it lost connection and sometimes it reloads as per normal with the video playable.

Just a question. When I clear the browsing data I always use the same options and clear from 12AM. The result is I have anywhere from 12-22 MB of remaining data. Why is there a difference?

Every time I attempt to open any tab on my laptop computer I get the following message.

Unable to restore tab. It is impossible to use the Firefox with this upgrade. Looks like I need to find another browser.

Ill listen to some music in a tab, then ill pause it, go do something else, then randomly after a long time, an hour or 2 it will resume itself after the tab being in that closed group for so long

Hello everyone. I make backups of folder "bookmarkbackups" in Firefox profile folder, so that when I have to make a restore after a data loss (for whatever reason), I can also restore my bookmarks. I'd like to be able to restore my extensions too, and to do this it would be enough to have a backup of the list of extensions I had installed before the trouble happened. However, if I backup the subfolder "extensions" of the profile folder, I would have a list of files the name of which looks like:

FirefoxColor@mozilla.com.xpi idcac-pub@guus.ninja.xpi uBlock0@raymondhill.net.xpi vpn@proton.ch.xpi {3d92ddc3-5581-453f-ad9f-d9ea864d1f9a}.xpi {531906d3-e22f-4a6c-a102-8057b88a1a63}.xpi

..so that in most cases I cannot guess the extension name from the file name. My purpose is to install manually the extensions in the new browser installation, once I have the list of the extensions. Moreover, in that folder you find all the extensions, both the ones which were active, and the ones which were inactive... But I'd like to have a list of the active ones so that I can re-install only that ones.

Does anyone know how can I get such a list, starting from the profile folder?

I need a more permanent fix to the disappearing bookmarks issue when the file is in use by another entity. I have tried to fix it, read the instructions and when I start to apply the fix, the instructions disappear and now I have to depend on my faulty memory.

My Firefox is not showing search suggestions/autocomplete when I search for a term in the search bar. First screenshot is what I see, second screenshot is from Chrome. Third screenshot is my settings.

I would like to continue using Firefox, but this is extremely infuriating.

Since ages ago I've always logged into Firefox and turned on sync so whichever device I was on (or if I have formatted my PC) I would still have acces to my browser history, tabs etc. Today I've formatted my PC to switch from win 10 to win 11 and logged into firefox as usual, but after trying to Sync nothing happens. My tabs, my history, everything is empty for some reason and I cannot find my original device (the one from a few hours ago connected in win 10) in my connected devices list either.

Please help me, my whole life is in that sync :(
