
Why is there no real customer/tech support for Thunderbird?
Jumping through Mozilla's silly hoops is a fruitless round robin as you always end up back on the same page with absolutely NO help. They say that we (customers) matter. How can that be true when you can't get online with a real person or get telephone assistance? Just asking.........
