Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the Clear now button.

Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

hello, could you try if it's possible to replicate the error when you create a new profile?: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles

Just tried new clear profile and error does not go away.

Note that there are images loaded via an unencrypted connection present on that web page.
You can see this in the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer;Ctrl+Shift+K) as red lines (you need to reload the page).

Did you check the connection settings?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Tried this all.

  • Nothig interesting in the web console because i see only the error page.
  • Connection settings also does not have anything meaningful (in the safe mode there is "direct connection" selected, and in normal mode foxyproxy extension settings showed instead.)
  • Safe mode itself does not solve the problem, i still see the error page.
  • Hardware acceleration option does not affect this problem

Proxies that do not work properly can cause such issues, so make sure that you aren't using them.

On Linux the default is to use the system proxy (Use the system proxy settings).

This is another option in the dialog. I have "direct connection" selected, not "system proxy settings"

I found that bug is in my distribution mozilla-nss package version 3.15.1 Maybe it applies not only to openSUSE distribution, still unknown.

Relevant openSUSE distribution bugreport is here: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=835316
