Sage Simply Accounting Knowledge base does not work with firefox as my browser, can you help

I am using an accounting package called Sage Simply accounting, when attempting to use their knowledge base, it does not work with firefox and they recommend that I used internet explorer I would rather not, hoping you may have a solution for me.

I don't think anything Firefox can do since Sage is the one who can make their website compatible with Firefox. You can use this add-on to view their website without closing Firefox:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ie-view/
