It's a plugin called Lexia 3 and Peugeot Planet 2000. It is a diagnostic tool for citroen and peugeot cars. I get the following error (The new Java Plug-in requires version 3 or above of the Firefox browser.I am using version 4. how is this error coming.
the screen resolution is aalso wrong but but it cannot be changed. You can press tab to see the icons that are out of the screen range but is a pest.

I am sorry. I do not understand what to do exaxtly. when i get to \APP\PPS\defaults\pref\winpref do i right click on it and then click edit. if so what do i do after that. Thank you for your help in this matter.
Edit :- I worked it out and it solved the error message i was getting. Thank you for your help. It is still to large for my screen and cannot see all of the page and there is no bar at side to scroll down the page. Tried all the basics. Any ideas..,.

after finding winperf file>>right click>>edit>>find-pref("plugin.scan.plid.all", true); and change true to false>>save & exit

ho provato a cambiare con false . ma negativo il problema non e' stato risolto. se devo aprire peugeot planet all'avvio ci sono problemi con updatemozzapp che blocca tutto e chiude anche peugeot planet potete aiutarmi grazie
