I think Firefox Focus does not support Firefox Sync. Because Firefox Focus is designed as a privacy-focused, browser, it does not have the option to sign into a Mozilla account. So you cannot directly sync with your other Firefox browsers.
If you need sync i recommend using the standard Firefox and enabling Sync.
