Crashed computer - need new password
My work computer crashed and we had to get a new hard drive. We cannot get into my Thunderbird email because I didn't set up the accounts and the person who did is no longer around. Can I get a new password sent to my home computer to try to log in to set it up on my work computer? Without my email account, I can't get anything else set up because that is where all of my verification codes go. Please help!

If your account needs a new password, only the email support person/group can do that.
Who would I contact? Do you have a link for that?
This is normally the organization that appears to the right of the @ in email address, or for a corporate email, it may be a specific department. For example, if you had a gmail account, you would need to contact gmail dot com for assistance. If you list the part of your email following the @, someone here may have suggestions.
