Can I duplicate an address book in Thunderbird? I have too many contacts in one of my lists, and want to separate the list into two without having to reenter all the contacts

Can I duplicate an address book in Thunderbird? I have too many contacts in one of my lists, and want to separate the list into two without having to reenter all the contacts

Create a new address book from File/New in Address Book (press Alt if the Menu Bar is hidden), name it and close it. Select contacts in another address book and add them to the new one by drag and drop, while holding Ctrl. Otherwise, drag and drop moves the contacts.
