So I have to Version 83.0 or 84.0 and prevent it upgrading to 87.0

Not working... what does that mean? More detail please and can you post a similar pic. Just hit the windows key and the R to get the run box, type in msinfo32, and hit enter. see screenshot

It just in a freezed state and no tab loads. Just anything cannot be done. I think 87.0 and above are not compatible with Windows 7 32 bit , may be resources are not enough I think this should be answered by Mozilla
