PLUSNET LOST MY IMAP EMAIL

PLUSNET deleted all my emails from their IMAP server.

I had these in Thunderbird on two computers but without realising it I connected both of them to the mail-server and the syncronisation deleted all emails from my two computers.

Can I get them back?
