Every time I launch firefox, either in standard or safe mode the application crashes and the Mozilla Crash reporter runs. Looking at the crash reports the Crash ID: bp-6582206a-cbbd-43cc-9e23-311932160422 is being submitted.

hi, this may be an incompatibility between websense endpoint and trusteer rapport, both hooking into firefox at the same time. can you disable/uninstall one of these programs and see if the crashes stop?
