What can Outlook 365 use? I suspect it can use CSV. So, probably your route is to export each of your address books (e.g. Personal Address Book) to a CSV file and then import those into Outlook 365.

Select one address book.

Tools|Export

Select CSV file type and choose a name and location for the new CSV file to hold the exported data.

Repeat for each address book you want to move.

Place your CSV files where Outlook can access them for importing.
