How can I back up installed app??
Every time I reset my smartphone, I have to download apps again so I lose much data through the process.So it would be very cool if I could back up all the installed apps and after I reset my phone I could install them offline.

There is a way ti backup apps and restore them but i only know for Flame device how to do it. Yes you can instal apps through pc with WebID if you have source folder of the app.

Installed program are installed. To install again you need a instaler pakage.
Seah again at market place. And install again
Is it possible to install them offline or using a devoloper tool
