I can't send file to the trash folder.

I am unable to move emails to the trash folder. I can mark them as trash but then I can't get them to move to the trash folder. I seem to be able to move to another folder but not the trash. It is like it has somehow become locked.

Sorry to hear about your problem. If you cannot delete messages in Thunderbird, it may be caused by a corrupted trash folder. Kindly go through the following article and you'll be able to fix the issue you are having.
