Everytime I reset Mozilla, my profile I create does not save and I have to create a new one. I then have to reconfigure and have to add a new e-mail account. My g-mail has thousands of e-mails so it takes a couple hours for this to fully load.

I love Thunderbird but this is really annoying that I have to do this every time I reset.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by reset Mozilla? What do you do when you reset it?

@gnospen - By reset I mean just close out of it and open it again. or reset my computer and open it. The profile I create, never saves and I always have to create a new one which takes a lot of time.

on the start menu type %appdata%\thunderbird\profiles and press enter (or copy and paste) what is listed there?
