I am using Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical 1.0 . My version of Ubuntu is 12.01 . The problem is, that websites load very slowly. I have never had that problem before. It appeared suddenly. Other web browsers work fine on the same computer. I have not installed anything recently. I checked my computer for viruses and malware, but found nothing. I have also checked my Firefox on Windows 7. There is the same problem. Could you give me a hint on what I should do, please?

Best regards, Dawid Grabarek

Were there any network.http prefs changed in that previous profile if you check the prefs.js file or a possible user.js file if you still have the Old Firefox Data folder on the desktop?

Such issues can also be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite file or problems with the cache or an extension.
