Hi,

You can try to right-click the theme in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons > Appearance and Find Updates. If it gets updated you can try to Enable it.

You can also try to find an alternative comfortable theme, or persona.

For adjusting the font size, you could try the Font Size add-on.
