Firefox 8.0.1 does not stop running, it sounds like it's constantly trying to run scripts or download something. But there's no virus. It's rather seriously affecting performance.

It is reading some scripts wrong, to the point where I'm constantly having to answer a 'turn off script' tab. I also turned off the add-ons, w. no success.
