pls leave bookmarks import from other browser activated after initial first time for ease of use

I am testing your firefox nightly 10a1 and after the initial installation, bookmarks from IE favourite file auto initialise but after that bookmark become difficult to import from IE html.Why is this so? if I accidentally delete the bookmarks in firefox, will I be able to import favourite files again fro IE! orcabrowser seem to have a better solution in their (tools-option- -miscellaneous).

That menu item can now be found in the Bookmarks Manager (Library)
