PWMgr. won't ask to remember password for one site; it used to. It works on Safari. How do I get it to ask?

Mac OS 10.4.11, PowerBook G4. Broadband connection. It used to remember the user name and password for this one site I use daily; suddenly it would put in user name but not fill in password. Neither one shows up on Password Manager.

I know it's not the site since Safari remembers both.

How can I restore the password?

Thanks

The website may be using autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving the name and password.

You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.

Thank you but I tried the bookmarklet twice; no dice. I downloaded password editor but I must be doing something wrong since I try to add the username & password and it doesn't stick.

Autocomplete is on and works for every other site (& on Safari). This particular site will autocomplete my name (that is if I type in the first letter it shows an option) and it used to then automatically add the password.
