I am trying to fill out my student FASFA form. Every time I do, I get a page that shows I need to upgrade mozilla. I click the download button to upgrade whatever I need and it does nothing. I get a box that says save file and that is it. I clicked save file and nothing happen except a message that states it has been downloaded. ANNOYING!!!

Other users this past week have said that the FASFA website recommended that they use Firefox 3.6 on that website. I think there is a compatiblity issue with that website.

Install the Firefox Portable version to your hard drive to use with that FASFA website. It won't affect your regular installation of Firefox.
