Where are the refresh and stop buttons. I can only find others asking the same question but no answers.

They have been incorporated into one button and is located at the far right end of the Location bar.

If you want it in the Toolbar instead:

View > Toolbars > Customize

Drag the button from the Location bar into the window and then drag it back out to wherever you prefer.
