i have lost the red firefox tab in the upper left corner and now have a different configuration how can i return to the standard layout?

i was having trouble syncing my iphone the sync button did nothing under the red firefox menu somehow i got a different configuration which reads file edit history bookmarks yahoo tools help found sync now under tools but have no clue as to how to return to the layout depicted in your tutorials

Right-click on a toolbar, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry to de-select it. That will hide the menu bar and bring back the Firefox button.
