I can't use Firefox to log into Firefox help! I have to use IE7!!!

When I try to log in to Firefox Help using Firefox as my browser, I get "access denied."

When I try using IE7, I get in. that's how I'm posting this question.

So, what's missing with Firefox?

this may happen after you changed some system settings, so if you cannot remember what you've done to your system, well the fastest method for you to use your own is install a new firefox for yourself, and if you cannot install, maybe you lost administrator previledge, check if there is someone else also makes you bumping onto the wall.
