I can't add a outlook.com account in thunderbird android version. Server I try to connect to is outlook.office365.com. I get following fault message , "User is authenticated but not connected". Also I can't set smtp server, smtp.office365.com.

I am trying to login to outlook with OAuth2. Regular password don't work.

Is IMAP/POP access enabled on your Microsoft account? You can find the instructions from Microsoft Support here under "Enable POP or IMAP access in Outlook.com". This Thunderbird support article may also have some troubleshooting steps that you could try.
