What does this error msg mean? "The specified object was not found in the store...."
Hello, I have several role-based accounts attached to my work email account. When trying to read an email from one of those role-based account, when Thunderbird tries to load the email, I get the following error message: "The specified object was not found in the store. The store ID isn't an ID of an item." The message never loads. I just get the error message. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

This doesn't sound like an error from Thunderbird. Please post a screen shot.
Also, please explain what you mean by role-based account.

Hi, I think I used a local phrase ("role based"). I think the more global phrase is shared mailbox. I also think that you are correct - that it's not a Thunderbird issue. I'm using Owl and they no longer seem to support a shared mailbox. But, thank you for taking the time to consider my question!

U moet zich aanmelden bij uw account om op berichten te antwoorden. Stel een nieuwe vraag als u nog geen account hebt.
