My grandma forgot her password to her Thunderbird account. She recently got a new computer and can no longer log in. Unfortunately, we're unable to change her password in any way. I was hoping you could text a code to the phone number associated with the account so we can change the password and get access to the account.

Passwords are the responsibility of the user and not of Thunderbird. Is this password the one that is entered before you can access the program - or is this password the one needed to access her email accounts?
