As in the subject, in Supernova, many of the "Sort By" setting are greyed out, including "Order Received". How do I restore them?
Now, I get messages popping up all over the list, sometimes hours earlier than what I've read.

Enable the column in the Threads Pane, then it's available in Sort by.
The threads pane? I don't see anything that will do that. What "column in the Threads Pane" are you talking about?
Click the icon circled in red in the attached picture, or right-click any column button.
